Right of Withdrawal

You generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dennis Wegstein, Schloßstraße 141, 46535 Dinslaken, info@dennis-wegstein.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse to reimburse until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
